Development starts with an honest read of the player across Game, Body and Mind — skills, strength, confidence and habits. A baseline is measured, goals are agreed with the family, and a plan is built around the athlete.
Prepare.
Training, coaching, academies and competition are aligned to the season ahead. Progress is measured against benchmarks and the plan is adjusted as the athlete grows — on and off the ice.
Advance.
When the athlete is ready, LEO navigates the real routes forward — junior hockey, NCAA and U Sports collegiate, and professional pathways — with clear documentation and decisions the whole family understands.

Representation without restrictions.
Some athletes choose LEO for representation. Others already have an agent — or choose one later. They all remain LEO Athletes. LEO develops the athlete and manages the journey; independent agents become LEO Affiliates. That distinction is fundamental: LEO doesn't need to capture an athlete's future representation to justify the value it delivers today.
